Crystal healing is a form of healing that uses crystals or gemstones. The crystals are mainly placed on specific areas of the body called "chakras." Chakra is a Hindu term meaning spiritual energy. According to this teaching there are seven basic energy centers in the body, each having a color associated with it

Crystal is a more or less colorless quartz composed of silicon and oxide two of the most abundant elements of the earth.

Crystal is used in healing, attunement and improving the energies of the body. It involves and arrangement of crystals directing the vibrations to the body that are resonant with healthy energies to restore balance.

Crystal programming is done in the following way

• 1. Dedication -Hold the crystal in your hands. Picture light surrounding it. Say out – I dedicate this crystal to the     highest good of all. May it used in light and love.
• 2. Programming – Hold the crystal. Let yourself be open to higher guidance. Consider the purpose you wish to     use it. Be specific – If you want to attract love describe exactly what kind of love you are looking for. If you are     seeking healing say precisely for which condition and what you want to happen. When you have formulated     your program attune to the crystal. When you totally in tune say out loud – “I program this crystal for ( the     purpose)

I personally prefer to get the crystals charged by Reiki Masters. It helps in the attunement and the final purpose of the crystal.

Crystal cleansing

• 1. Wash the crystal in running water
• 2. Immerse into salt water
• 3. Expose to moonlight over-night
• 4. Put into sunlight for 3 hours ( optional)
